Politika kakovosti

V družbi Transporti Maver d.o.o. smo se že ob ustanovitvi podjetja leta 1986 zavestno odločili za razvoj naše dejavnosti, ki temelji na zaupanju. Da naša takrat dana zaveza še danes drži, izkazujemo s/z:

- kakovostjo storitev,
- trajno organsko rastjo obsega poslovanja,
- lojalnostjo in zadovoljstvom naših strank,
- zavzetostjo zaposlenih in dobro organizacijsko klimo,
- urejenostjo poslovanja,
- zavedanjem o vpetosti in soodvisnosti od okolja, v katerem delujemo.

Spremembe, ki jih prinašajo predvsem rast družbe in obsega poslovanja ter spremembe v poslovnem in širšem družbenem okolju, pa nas soočajo z izzivi nadaljevanja začrtane poti z uvajanjem novih orodij vodenja organizacije ter sistematičnega in nenehnega izboljševanja kakovosti. Zato smo se leta 2020 odločili za vpeljavo in certificiranje sistema vodenja, ki temelji na zahtevah standarda 9001:2015. Delovanje naše družbe temelji na uveljavljanju vrednot:

- zaupanje,
- odgovornost,
- znanje in usposobljenost zaposlenih,
- spoštovanje,
- sodelovanje,
- pripadnost,
- trajnostno delovanje.

S sistemom vodenja zagotavljamo takšno kakovost storitev in poslovanja družbe, da so izpolnjene:

- vse strankine izražene in neizražene zahteve,
- zahteve drugih ključnih zainteresiranih strani,
- zahteve izhodiščnih standardov,
- zahteve nacionalne zakonodaje in predpisov,
- zahteve predpisov tranzitnih in namembnih držav …

Te zahteve uresničujemo na podlagi osredotočenosti na stranke, zavezanosti k trajnostnemu delovanju, proučevanja in določanja smeri razvoja ter določanja merljivih ciljev. Trajnost razumemo kot nenehno in odgovorno obvladovanje ekonomskih, okoljskih ter družbenih vidikov delovanja.

Quality policy

At Transporti Maver d.o.o., we made a conscious decision to develop our business based on trust as soon as the company was founded in 1986. We demonstrate that our commitment made at that time is still valid today by:

- quality of service,
- sustained organic growth,
- customer loyalty and satisfaction,
- employees' engagement and a good organisational climate,
- transparency,
- awareness of our embeddedness and interdependence with the environment in which we work.

However, the changes brought about by the growth of the company and the scale of the business, as well as changes in the business and wider social environment, challenge us to continue on the path we have set out, by introducing new tools to manage the organisation and by systematically and continuously improving quality. That is why in 2020 we decided to implement and certify a management system based on the requirements of the 9001:2015 standard. Our company's activities are based on the promotion of values:

- staff knowledge and skills,

- belonging,
- sustainable operations.

Our management system ensures that the quality of our services and operations meet:

- all the client's expressed and unexpressed requests,
- requests from other key stakeholders,
- the requirements of the baseline standards,
- the requirements of national laws and regulations,
- the requirements of the regulations of the countries of transit and destination ...

We meet these requirements through customer focus, a commitment to sustainability, exploring and setting a direction for development and setting measurable objectives. Sustainability is understood as the continuous and responsible management of the economic, environmental and social aspects of our operations.
